Providence seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN in the Seattle area to coordinate and lead clinical support staff and manage workflows within the clinic. This role partners with physicians to align nursing practice with clinic goals, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position requires WA RN licensure, BLS at hire, and 3 years of ambulatory patient care experience, with ACLS preferred and prior charge/lead nurse experience valued.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Works directly with physicians regarding their practice related to the nursing department. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
