Covenant Medical Group in Hobbs, NM seeks an Administrative Director to direct the day-to-day operations of the physician practice, including financial and personnel management, and to provide physician support.

Under the supervision of the Director, you will exercise independent judgment within policy and lead a team, coordinating with Providence and ensuring high-quality patient care in a community-focused setting.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of Job-related experience.
• 2 years of Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience, or other related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the day-to-day operations of the assigned physician practice.
• Oversees financial and personnel management and provides physician support.
• Exhibits independent judgment and makes administrative decisions within policy.
