• We have an opening for a SUPERVISOR, CATERING position.

Job Summary

Summary: Coordinates patient meal service and special requests for the Catering to You Program. Ensures staff are trained and units are staffed.

Essential Duties:

• Oversees systems to meet strategic and operational goals.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Ensures menu alternatives for diets, allergies, and cultural preferences.
• Interacts with nursing, evaluates patient meal process.
• Responds to patient needs, resolves concerns, reports as needed.
• Adheres to confidentiality and HIPAA policies.
• Complies with regulatory standards, follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes documentation and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
