Job Summary

The Supervisor Café-Food Services plans, organizes, coordinates and directs high-quality, cost-effective food services for cafeteria and catering operations that meet or exceed TJC, regulatory and budget requirements.

Researches, tests, and develops recipes and new menu items. Hires, schedules, trains, evaluates, and conducts formal discipline. Supervises entire department alone on specified weekends and holidays.
