Job summary

VSP Vision Care is seeking a leader to supervise and grow a team of Business Analysts supporting corporate projects and strategic initiatives. You will work with managers to improve enterprise requirements methodologies and ensure quality and consistency across requirements.

You will allocate staff to align with priorities, mentor analysts, and drive process improvements while collaborating with HR for training and development. A strong background in SDLC and system applications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the company.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications.
• Ability to work with a variety of system applications.
• General knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is desired, but not required.
• Ability to analyze work processes and make recommendations to improve department efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and recommend, develop and implement changes to business processes; ensure established processes provide appropriate support to meet division goals.
• Responsible for mentoring employees in their development of core business analyst skills and leadership competencies.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and the training department to ensure staff receives appropriate training.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.

Salary Ranges: $58,656.00 - $108,078.00
