Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Beverage Department.

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range:

• $17.50/Hour
