Bally's Interactive is seeking a Beverage Department Supervisor to oversee daily guest service, schedule staff, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced gaming environment. You will coach team members, enforce policies, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to handle guest concerns professionally, and to monitor for potential intoxication while offering alternatives like water or coffee.

Qualificações

• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Experience planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Ability to appraise performance and administer disciplinary actions.

Competencies

• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Beverage Department.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment

• The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range

• $17.50/Hour
