Job summary

PainCeptor is seeking a supervisor to oversee the normal flow of operations on the assigned work shift, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in bar or restaurant operations, 21+ years old, and a High School Diploma or GED. English literacy is essential to train staff, communicate with customers, and enforce policies in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership position with clerical duties and scheduling responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one-two years experience in bar and/or restaurant operations.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Should read, write, speak and understand English.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training and supervising of new and current employees.
  • Monitor and enforce company and departmental safety policies, health department standards and all other applicable regulations.
  • Responsible for various clerical duties regarding staff and bar operations, i.e., payroll, staff files, PTO and schedule planning, etc.
  • Monitors overtime and staff motivation.
  • Ability to perform all duties associated with the bar operation.
  • Quick decision making in intense situations.
  • Ability to deal with customer complaints and to satisfactorily the situation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
