Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Barrel Yard team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will lead hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest service, while ensuring policy compliance and a safe, clean environment.

The role requires front-of-house supervision experience, strong organization, and the ability to multitask with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Delaware North offers weekly pay and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year front of house supervisor experience required.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities required.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.
• Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations and maintain guest goodwill.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
