Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Server Assistants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This tipped position pays $8.00 per hour, with the potential for additional tipped earnings.

Responsibilities include assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and supporting bartenders and servers. We offer weekly pay, training opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Experience or training as a Runner, Bar Back or Busser in a similar dining environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Check in with management for daily duties and station assignments.
• Attend pre-shift briefing and note service, food/beverage, and guest notes.
• May assist with running food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, tables, and service stations.
• Reset tables after guests depart and remove trash as needed.
• Assist bartenders with bar setup and service; assist servers with dining room setup and service.

What will you do?

• Checkinwith management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments.
• Attend pre-shiftbriefing, taking note of relevantinformationincluding service, food and beverage, and guest notes.
• Mayassistwith running food/beverages to tables.
• Maintaincleanliness and sanitation of the dining roomincluding all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and windows.
• Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables after guestsdepart. Return dirty dishes, silverware,glasswareand linen to dish washing area, sortingappropriatelyand placing theminthe assigned area for proper disposition.
• Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan orinstructions from management.
• Remove andempty trash as needed.
• Seasonal game day position.
• Assistbartenders with bar set up, maintenance & service.
• Assistservers with dining room set up, maintenance & service.

More about you

• Experience or training as a Runner, Bar Back or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours,including nights, weekends, and holidaysinaddition to normal business hours, as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mustbe at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 4 day availability (10am start times on weekdays and 3-5p start time on weeknights)
• Open on weekends

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
• Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up.
• Visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare checks.
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire length ofshift;mayinclude walking up and down stairs.
