Job summary

Watts Water Technologies, a global leader in water solutions, seeks a Supervisor of Applications Engineering in North Andover, MA. You will lead a team delivering customer-focused technical guidance and pre-sales support, ensuring proper specification and integration of Watts products.

The role requires a engineering degree with 7+ years in applications engineering or related roles, strong problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work with on-site and remote days is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 7 years in applications engineering or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong background in product applications, system integration, and solution-based problem solving.
Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/fluid systems; knowledge of NA codes (IPC/UPC/ICC) a plus.
Experience supporting sales with technical expertise and customer engagement.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects independently.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage application design and support coverage to meet service levels.
Lead and develop a team of Application Engineers for pre-sales support and design.
Guide product selection, configuration, and application design for various use cases.
Support sales with technical reviews, proposals, and customer engagements.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate needs into solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and technical content.
Oversee documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
