Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative III – Strategic Projects to manage day-to-day deliverables for large, high-volume accounts. Based in North Andover, MA with a hybrid schedule, you will coordinate between customers, sales, product management, operations and manufacturing to ensure on-time project execution and accurate order fulfillment.

You will monitor ERP systems, handle order entry and expediting, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain project

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S4Hana or QAD and order management.
• Strong ability to entry and manage large project orders.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP system usage.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for strategic accounts and high-volume orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Operations and Manufacturing to ensure on-time project execution.
• Monitor ERP systems, track order status, and manage changes, shipments and invoicing.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues with proactive communication.
• Maintain project trackers, service reports, and account documentation.
