Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Full Time in Austin, MN to lead security teams at client sites. You will supervise officers, enforce post orders, complete rounds, and file reports while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid training, uniforms, and flexible pay options.

Competenze

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.

• 2 years of Security experience, 1 year with Securitas or prior Military / Law Enforcement / Corrections experience or management experience.

Wage: $21.50/HR

3rd Shift

TheSupervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe Driving and CPR certification.
• 2 years of Security experience, 1 year with Securitas, previous Military / Law Enforcement / Corrections experience, or previous management experience.
