Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our West Point, MS facility. The role requires coordinating the flow of information, ensuring on-time execution of the production schedule, and maintaining accurate production reporting.

The supervisor will manage 14 employees across seven machines on the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance and supervision.
• Experience in steel service center environments.
• Strong project planning skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production on the 2nd shift and ensure schedule execution.
