Job summary

Lock Joint Tub is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead all aspects of shift operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. You will provide frontline leadership, develop team capability, and ensure objectives are met in a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires hands-on presence on the production floor, coaching of employees, and coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize performance and drive accountability.

The supervisor provides frontline leadership, drives accountability, develops team capability, and ensures operational objectives are achieved while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Core Job Prerequisites

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in steel manufacturing or tube forming preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including conflict resolution.
