Job summary

LJT Wisconsin LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. The role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership to develop team capability and meet operational targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with preference for steel/tube forming experience and a bachelor’s degree. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with conflict resolution experience.
  • Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment; steel/tube forming preferred.

Description

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of shift operations including safety, quality, productivity, employee development, communication, and continuous improvement. The supervisor provides frontline leadership, drives accountability, develops team capability, and ensures operational objectives are achieved while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Requirements

Core Job Prerequisites
