Job summary

AISIN is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor – Logistics for the Franklin, IN facility (FLC). The role leads receiving, warehousing and distribution, enforcing policies and safe equipment use while ensuring staff safety and productivity.

You will maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate deliveries with a strong emphasis on leadership and communication. Requirements include 5+ years in logistics leadership, forklift operation, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse management experience.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Available to work extended hours.
• 5+ years in a Logistics Leadership Role.

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring safety of staff.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location product and inventory.
• Assisting with deliveries where required

Required Skills and Abilities
