Job summary

Lam Research in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Facilities Services Senior Supervisor to lead facilities infrastructure supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. You will guide the facilities team and outsourced partners to ensure quality maintenance and uptime across the site.

You will manage budgets, drive cost improvements, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Space Planning, Logistics, and Training Lab teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in facilities leadership or management.
• 5+ years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
• Ability to manage complex facilities infrastructure (cooling, water systems, electrical, dock infrastructure).
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CMMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with internal customers and stakeholders.

The impact you’ll make

The Facilities Services Senior Supervisor will partner with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality oversight and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and operations. Demonstrates the ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on timely solutions. Building strong c ollaboration with Engineering, Space Planning, Logistics and Training Lab Operations teams is essential for planning equipment maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.

What you’ll do

The Facilities Services Supervisor will lead the following programs for all Arizona locations:

• Mechanical Workgroup
• Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Green Teams
• Safety Incident Reviews and Initiatives
• Operations Meetings
• Business Continuity Planning
• ISO 9001 and 14001 Programs and Audits
• FM Global Relationship Management
• Capital Planning and Project Management

Additionally, you will:

• Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring operational support and accessibility post-completion.
• Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system integrity, and improve resiliency and uptime.
• Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals.
• Oversee soft services, including janitorial, printing services, landscaping, and consumable supplies.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex facilities infrastructure:
  • Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Process Cooling Water
  • Compressed Dry Air and Process Vacuum
  • Reverse Osmosis Water systems
  • Electrical Systems
  • Warehouse Dock Infrastructure
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tririga, Bluebeam, and SAP.
