Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Facilities Services Senior Supervisor to partner with leadership and oversee facilities infrastructure for Office, Training Lab and Warehouse operations. Lead the facilities team and external providers to ensure uptime, efficiency and safety.

You will drive budgeting, capital planning and project management while advancing energy efficiency, incident prevention, and ISO-aligned programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with substantial facilities experience; or advanced degrees with relevant years.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance and operations; advanced degrees may reduce required experience.
• Experience managing complex facilities infrastructure including water, electrical, and dock systems.
• Familiarity with BMS and CMMS systems; strong vendor and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities infrastructure for office, training lab, and warehouse spaces; lead a facilities team and outsourced providers.
• Drive energy efficiency, safety initiatives, and incident prevention programs; coordinate audits and ISO programs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and accruals; manage capital planning and project delivery.
• Ensure facilities services (janitorial, supplies) meet operational needs and quality standards.

The impact you’ll make

The Facilities Services Senior Supervisor will partner with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers.

Additionally, You Will

• Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring operational support and accessibility post‑completion.
• Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system integrity, and improve resiliency and uptime.
• Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals.
• Oversee soft services, including janitorial, printing services, landscaping, and consumable supplies.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex facilities infrastructure:
  • Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Process Cooling Water
  • Compressed Dry Air and Process Vacuum
  • Reverse Osmosis Water systems
  • Electrical Systems
  • Warehouse Dock Infrastructure
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tririga, Bluebeam, and SAP.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Hybrid roles combine on‑site collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely. On‑site Flex requires 3+ days per week on‑site, with the option to work remotely the rest of the week. Virtual Flex requires 1–2 days per week on‑site, with the remainder of the time remote.
