Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Facilities Services Senior Supervisor to oversee infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. You will lead the facilities team and multiple outsourced providers, ensuring uptime and compliance.

You’ll drive budgeting, cost reduction, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with leadership to sustain safe, efficient operations across Arizona sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in related roles with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s, or a PhD with 3 years experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
• Experience managing complex facilities infrastructure (chilled water, cooling towers, process systems) and interfacing with BMS/CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across Arizona locations including Mechanical Workgroup, Energy & Sustainability, and Safety initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and accruals for facilities operations.
• Manage outsourced services for janitorial, landscaping, and supplies; participate in design reviews.

Overview

The Facilities Services Senior Supervisor will partner with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers.

What you’ll do

The Facilities Services Supervisor will lead the following programs for all Arizona locations:

• Mechanical Workgroup
• Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Green Teams
• Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP)
• Safety Incident Reviews and Initiatives
• Operations Meetings
• Business Continuity Planning
• ISO 9001 and 14001 Programs and Audits
• FM Global Relationship Management
• Capital Planning and Project Management

Additionally, you will:

• Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring operational support and accessibility post-completion.
• Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system integrity, and improve resiliency and uptime.
• Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals.
• Oversee soft services, including janitorial, printing services, landscaping, and consumable supplies.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Maintenance and Operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex facilities infrastructure:
  • Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Process Cooling Water
  • Compressed Dry Air and Process Vacuum
  • Reverse Osmosis Water systems
  • Electrical Systems
  • Warehouse Dock Infrastructure
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tririga, Bluebeam, and SAP.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. “On-site Flex” you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. “Virtual Flex” you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
