Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is looking for a Facilities Supervisor in Fletcher, NC, to oversee operations and ensure top-tier service delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in janitorial services, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
The role requires 3-5 years of experience, strong multi-tasking abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. The position operates in a fast-paced environment where adherence to safety guidelines is paramount.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 40 lbs. of office and facilities equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
