COS is seeking a Supervisor to drive exceptional customer experiences and sales in a dynamic U.S. store. You will lead by example, support management, and energise the team to deliver authentic, personalized shopping journeys while maintaining strong store operations and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching sales staff, managing opening/closing, improving store performance through data, and ensuring memorable customer interactions across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience in retail/hospitality with store operations, including opening/closing procedures and stock delivery processing.
• Customer-focused and enjoy engaging with people to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail / hospitality, with a good understanding of store operations, including opening and closing procedures and stock delivery processing.

Informations complémentaires

• This is a Full Time position with a contract of 32 - 40 hours a week.
• Compensation: $23.56-$26.72
