Job summary

Bahama Breeze is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, guest service excellence, team leadership, budgeting, and inventory control. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to hosting, training, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will work closely with the GM to ensure policy adherence and maximum efficiency, and you may run the restaurant in the GM’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and guest service excellence.
• Lead and develop team members, manage scheduling, training, and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, costs, and financial controls to optimize profitability.
• Maintain overall restaurant appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Job Summary

• The Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, customer service, employee management, financial management, inventory management and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant.
• The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that the restaurant is operating at maximum efficiency.
• The AGM will also be responsible for managing the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
