Malibu Jack's is seeking a Supervisor to assist Operations Managers and the General Manager in overseeing daily operations at their Milford location. This part-time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maintain high customer satisfaction and team performance.
The successful candidate will help manage crew, ensure facility cleanliness, document attendance, and handle guest complaints while fostering an inclusive environment.
The Supervisor position assists the Operations Managers and General Manager with real‑time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals.
This position assists Operations Managers and General Manager in managing all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management and retention of crew members within its department.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, bend, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may lift up to 50 lbs at times.
This is a part‑time position; hours and days are determined by the General Manager. Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required as job duties demand.
