Job summary

Kids City Hawaii, Kapolei, Hawaii, seeks a Play Crew Member to help drive a fun, safe guest experience. You’ll welcome guests, assist children and families, monitor play areas, and keep the facility clean and organized throughout busy shifts.

Experience in customer service or childcare is helpful but not required. Training is provided; join a friendly team that values reliability, communication, and a positive attitude.

As a Play Crew Member , you’ll help keep the fun going! You’ll work with your teammates to provide excellent guest service, monitor play areas, maintain a clean facility, and help families enjoy a memorable Kids City experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist children and families throughout their visit.
• Monitor play areas and help maintain a safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, and common areas.
• Assist with admission, check-in, and front desk duties as needed.
• Help prepare and clean party rooms for birthdays and special events.
• Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all Company policies, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.
• Support your teammates and assist with other assigned duties.

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available for either:

• At least two weekdays and one weekend day ; or
• Both Saturday and Sunday

Additional availability is preferred and may provide more scheduling opportunities. Applicants should also be available for holidays and school breaks as needed.

Schedules and weekly hours may vary based on availability, staffing, and business needs. Specific shifts or hours are not guaranteed.

Certifications That Make You Stand Out

The following current certifications are a plus but are not required:

• CPR/ First Aid/ AED (Adult, Child and Infant)
• Food Handler Certificate

The pay range for this role is:

• 16 - 16 USD per hour(HONOLULU)
• 16 - 16 USD per hour(KAPOLEI)
