AOC Outreach Services is seeking a Licensed Clinician – QMHP Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for QMHP staff serving clients in Texas. The role involves supervising groups biweekly, reviewing treatment documentation, and ensuring timely completion of 90-day reviews and ISPs, in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a full independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

The Licensed Clinician – QMHP Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, supervision, and support to Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) providing services to clients. The Licensed Clinician is responsible for facilitating QMHP group supervision on a rotating biweekly schedule, reviewing clinical documentation, and ensuring timely completion and signing of required 90-day documentation, including quarterly reviews and Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
The Licensed Clinician ensures that QMHP services and documentation are clinically appropriate, consistent with client needs, and in accordance with organizational policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

To perform effectively in this position, the incumbent must have/be:
Must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
One of the following licenses is required (must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision):
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
