Job summary

AOC Outreach Services is seeking a Licensed Clinician – QMHP Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight for QMHP staff serving clients in Texas. The role involves supervising groups biweekly, reviewing treatment documentation, and ensuring timely completion of 90-day reviews and ISPs, in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a full independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• One of the licenses LMFT/LPC/LCSW is required to practice independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to QMHP staff through scheduled group supervision.
• Facilitate QMHP supervision groups on a biweekly alternating schedule.
• Review client-related concerns, interventions, and progress during supervision.
• Provide clinical guidance, feedback, and recommendations to QMHPs.
