T&M Associates is seeking an accomplished and motivated Site/Civil Engineer to take on a key leadership role within our Land Development team in any of our three N.J. offices (Middletown, Bloomfield or Mount Laurel). This position is ideal for a driven professional with a strong technical foundation and proven project management experience in New Jersey land development projects.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in zoning analysis, site design and layout, grading and drainage, utility coordination, stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and flood hazard design, along with a strong command of applicable local, regional, and state regulations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful collaboration with a dynamic team.
T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $120,000 - $155,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
