BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Supervising Attorney for the Personal Injury Division in Columbia, SC. You will lead a team of attorneys, uphold high standards of practice, and drive strategic initiatives within a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years plaintiff-side PI experience, a SC Bar license, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. You will mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Bar license.
• 5-7+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, including litigation.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience mentoring attorneys and managing high-complexity cases.
• Familiarity with modern legal technology is a plus.

Responsibilities
