We are working with a respected Columbia, South Carolina personal injury firm with a reputation for results, heart, and hustle. The firm seeks a seasoned Supervising Attorney to bring structure, accountability, and strategic leadership to its personal injury division. The supervising attorney will oversee a team of eight or more (8+) personal injury attorneys in the firm’s pre-litigation and litigation departments; drive operational excellence; lead complex or high-impact cases, as needed, from devising strategy through conducting settlement or trial; review work product; train and develop attorneys; and model and embrace the firm culture.

The attorneys of the firm have recovered nearly $100 million for clients across the state from Columbia and Greenville to Charleston and Myrtle Beach. They value humility, grit, and relentless advocacy for real people. They reject ego, embrace growth, make no excuses, and require completely capable work. For these attorneys, every case and every client matters.

The expected salary for the position is $150,000-$200,000/yr., depending upon skills and experience. Comprehensive benefits, opportunities for merit-based bonuses, unlimited PTO (in accordance with firm policies), and volunteer time off (in accordance with the firm’s policies) comprise additional elements of its compensation package. The position is work-from-home flexible (hybrid arrangements are also possible); so, the job can be worked remotely.
