Job summary

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a Supervising Analyst to provide statewide leadership for multidisciplinary education and grant-funded initiatives across the state. The role includes supervision, project management, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Judicial Council requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing SAFG, CASA IV-E grants, Title IV-E training, and CIP projects, plus coordinating staff work, data analysis, and performance tracking to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of analytical or managerial experience in program analysis, implementation, research, and/or evaluation, which includes one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field with two (2) years of analytical experience, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide leadership for multidisciplinary education and training.
• Oversee grant-funded initiatives ensuring fiscal accountability and compliance.
• Manage unit operations and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance and direct ongoing improvement efforts.
• Review and update educational materials and curricula for statewide relevance.
• Coordinate content for statewide training and stakeholder engagement.
