Job summary

Openkrill in the United States is seeking Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members. You will focus on clinical care while we handle billing, credentialing, and insurance workflows, enabling you to build a robust caseload.

You will set your own hours, work remotely, and receive supervision to accrue licensure hours. A Master’s in Social Work and a Virginia SISW license are required, with Spanish as a plus and HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

Qualifications

• Virginia SISW license in good standing.
• MSW with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

What you'll bring

• A valid SISW license in good standing in the state of Virginia
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with at least 6 months of hands‑on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
