What you'll need

A Master’s degree in Social Work
A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Virginia
Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
A quiet, HIPAA‑compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
