Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members. We cover billing and credentialing so you can focus on patient care, with flexible hours and a robust referral network. You’ll work remotely, with supervision support and a steady stream of Medicaid referrals.

Ideal candidates hold a Virginia license, a Master's in Counseling, and have some hands-on therapy or assessment experience. Fluency in English is required, Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Virginia license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Counseling.
• Malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Experience with Medicaid population and telehealth.
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side - billing, insurance, credentialing - so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• A valid RIC license in good standing in the state of Virginia
• A Master's degree in Counseling, with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
