Description

Walmart is expanding our workforce and is actively recruiting for a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, welcoming environment!

Responsibilities

1. Support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment in Walmart facilities using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills.
2. Utilize hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete maintenance jobs.
3. Maintain documentation of repair activities using work order management systems.
4. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
5. Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
6. Complete required safety and environmental training.
7. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
8. Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and on ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Minimum 18 years old.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080, with potential sign-on bonus and bonus incentives.
