Job summary

Edgewater Custom Homes Inc. is seeking an on-site construction supervisor to manage high-end single-family residences in Palm Beach and Martin County.

You will open and close the jobsite daily, ensure cleanliness, manage materials, and oversee safety and quality control. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor scheduling, and prepare daily progress reports to keep projects on track and within specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site construction of single-family residences.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings & specifications.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and scheduling to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the jobsite daily and maintain site cleanliness.
• Oversee material organization and storage on site.
• Ensure jobsite safety and enforce site rules.
• Monitor quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on progress and issues.
