Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and safety management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in safety management and related areas are an added advantage.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands‑on Permanent Superintendent - Residential for our Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
