Position Overview
As a Superintendent, you will play a significant role in the success of Kiewit. You will function as a field supervisor overseeing construction project operations and may have responsibility for multiple foremen and/or laborers/craft workers. Your responsibilities include organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, conformity with drawings and specifications, workmanship, and assigning work to accomplish project goals, either directly or through general foremen or foremen. You will also work to maintain positive working relationships with clients, architects/engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff.

Compensation and Benefits:
