Our client is a leading Design/Build firm known for its expertise in MEP/FP systems design across complex, technology-driven projects. They are searching for a Construction Superintendent | Commercial, MEP, Data Center Construction to manage projects in the commercial interiors, finance, educational, and data center sectors.

The Construction Superintendent | Commercial, MEP, Data Center Construction will:

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and resolving any on-site issues.
• Work with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure project schedules are maintained and resources are appropriately allocated.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Enforce and monitor safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Assist in preparing and presenting daily progress reports to the Superintendent and project management team.
• Support the management of on-site personnel, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across all trades.
• Address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays in a timely manner, ensuring that project deadlines are met.

The ideal Construction Superintendent | Commercial, MEP, Data Center Constructionwill:

• Minimum of 2+ years Construction experience
• Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Ability to commute to job sites in NYC
