Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate all on-site activities with Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management. You will enforce safety programs, monitor the CPM schedule, and help manage the project budget to meet time and cost objectives.

The role requires reading blueprints, supervising field staff, and ensuring quality control, with compensation ranging from $130,000 to $155,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans and provide direction to project personnel.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Strong meeting management and team-building skills.

Job Description:The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget. This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understands and controlling project budget.
