Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate all on-site activities with Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management. You will enforce safety programs, monitor the CPM schedule, and help manage the project budget to meet time and cost objectives.

The role requires reading blueprints, supervising field staff, and ensuring quality control, with compensation ranging from $130,000 to $155,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision

Qualifications

  • Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
  • Ability to read blueprints and plans and provide direction to project personnel.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.
  • Strong meeting management and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work of Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on site.
  • Develop and administer site safety program per Ryan policies.
  • Track CPM schedule and manage project budget within approved limits.

Job Description:The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget. This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understands and controlling project budget. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
