Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Milwaukee to coordinate the on-site activities of Ryan employees and subcontractors with a focus on completing projects on time and within budget.

The role requires enforcing safety policies, reading blueprints, managing schedules, and assisting with material procurement while maintaining quality control on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Ryan employees and subcontractors on the jobsite.
• Administer project safety per Ryan safety policies and develop a site-specific Job Safety/Hazard Analysis.
• Develop and track a CPM schedule and monitor progress.
• Understand the construction budget and manage your portion of costs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications to direct project personnel.
• Assist with material procurement and logistics.
• Enforce the site-specific Project Safety Manual and quality control practices.
