Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Seattle-based team. The role requires at least 10 years of on-site construction project management, a post-secondary construction education, and a valid driver’s license.

The position involves managing subcontractors, CPM scheduling, budgets, and safety programs across Senior Living and Hospitality projects. Proficiency with BIM/CAD and MS Project is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years on-site project management experience in construction.
  • Post-high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence.
  • Develop and track CPM schedules and overall budgets.
  • Ensure safety programs are followed and QC processes implemented.
  • Review design documents and shop drawings for accuracy.
  • Coordinate material procurement and integration into master schedule.

The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
