Job summary

Silicon Beach Recruiter is seeking a Superintendent/Senior Superintendent for ground-up multifamily construction in the Antelope Valley. The role targets mid-level or senior superintendents capable of running projects from start to finish.

This is a direct-hire position with an owner-builder maintaining a steady pipeline of work. The ideal candidate will lead on-site operations, manage trades, and collaborate with project management on scope, schedule, and budget while utilizing Procore and MS

Qualifications

• Ground-up multifamily, apartment, or affordable housing project experience is required.
• Knowledge of Type III and Type V wood-frame construction (podium a plus).
• Background with general contractors, affordable housing developers, or owner-builders.
• Established relationships in the local subcontractor market.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Run on-site construction activity with ownership of quality, safety, and schedule.
• Coordinate and sequence trades; lead week-ahead planning meetings.
• Partner with project management on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track progress and deliverables in Procore and MS Project.
• Lead and develop field staff and assistant superintendents.
• Report progress to senior leadership and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
