Jobot in New Jersey is seeking a General Contractor with ground-up restaurant/retail experience to lead field operations on mid-to-large projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination across diverse sites, with a focus on delivering value on projects from $3M to $45M.

Job Details

• 4+ years of General Contractor Experience
• Experience with new construction and site work as well as TI projects
• Experience overseeing projects ranging from $5M to $30M
• Local Sub contractor relations are a plus
• Ability to effectively manage a project schedule and budget
• Procore experience is a plus
