Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for high-profile Retail/Restaurant builds, primarily on the East Coast, including New Jersey. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations on large projects from kickoff to closeout.

You will report to the project manager, drive safety, maintain schedules, and negotiate with owners, architects, and subcontractors. We offer a competitive base salary, strong benefits, 401K match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large retail/restaurant construction projects.
• Experience with fast-paced, high-volume projects.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise field operations on large sites.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Manager and schedules, coordinates, plans and supervises all field operations on a large project.
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
• Promote safety and site cleanliness on the jobsite and enforce safety policies.
• Represent the company in negotiations with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Other duties as required.
