Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up retail construction to lead nationwide projects from preconstruction through closeout. This remote role requires regular travel to active sites and oversight of Big Box, QSR, grocery, and auto parts developments.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Project Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with QSR, grocery, convenience retail, or auto parts projects preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to active job sites as needed.

Responsibilities
