Jobot is seeking a Superintendent/Project Manager for luxury residential builds in Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Back. The role is mostly on-site, guiding field operations, budgeting, and client relations from start to finish.

You will work with designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and timeline commitments. Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership and excellent communication throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential construction (custom homes or high-end remodels).
• Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience coordinating designers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Job Details
