Superintendent - New Construction Projects (Up to $10M)

Lead new construction projects up to $10M with a well‑established general contractor that values autonomy and a tight‑knit team culture. Competitive pay of $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus a car allowance and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on‑site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
• Facilitate communication among team members to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Document project activities and prepare reports as required.
