Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up industrial and data center projects across the U.S. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards on hyperscale facilities and large distribution centers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supervision, are willing to travel, and are proficient with Procore or similar construction software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in ground-up construction.
• Experience on industrial, data center, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams
• Maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Lead coordination for MEP installations and commissioning activities
• Work closely with project management and ownership teams

Requirements

• 5+ years Superintendent experience
