Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead mission critical construction projects from ground up through completion.

This hands-on field leadership role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and maintaining safety and schedule milestones. You will collaborate with the project management team and owners to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience on mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing or other complex commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage field operations
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
• A leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from ground-up construction through project completion.

We’re working with a leading national General Contractor looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead mission critical construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite, hold subcontractors accountable, and keep work moving safely and on schedule. You’ll join a well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline and opportunities to grow.
